- Reservation. All telephone bookings must be confirmed by e-mail. The online booking is not binding on any party, but will be followed by an e-mail confirmation. The reservation will be accepted only after receiving the deposit.
- Deposit. To guarantee your reservation a deposit is required, 30% of ‘total amount of the stay, and will simply pay for your stay at your arrival. All extras will be settled at the end of the stay.
- Payment. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or Paypal, on site with cash, ATM or credit card. In any case you must make a reservation through the site.
- Early departure. In case of early departure will not be reimbursed.
- Cancellation.
- For reservations canceled more than 7 days before the arrival date will not be made no charge (except for the non-refundable deposit).
- For reservations canceled within 7 days from the date of arrival, will be charged 50% of entire reservation.
- For reservations canceled within 24 hours of arrival date will be charged for the entire stay.
- For changes involving an abbreviation of the period of stay or reduction in the number of guests, the cost of booking remains that originally set.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to us by contact form.
- Rates. Special rates and conditions may apply during special events and holidays. Prices on this site are subject to change without notice. Prices include breakfast, linen, final cleaning, VAT and all services included in the section pages.
- Reductions. Children from 0 to 2 years old: free (with own bed). Children 2 to 6 years: 50% discount. Children 6 to 10 years: 25% discount.
- Times. Check-in: from 12:00. Check-out by 10:00. Possibility to negotiate extra check-out.
- Breakfast. Breakfast will be served between 8:30 and 10:00 am unless otherwise requested.
- Night return. Before 24.00, unless otherwise agreed.
- Smoke. Is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the rooms, public areas and in the woods. However, you can open in the vicinity of the villa, it is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground.
- Guests. E ‘absolutely forbidden to get people not registered.
- Animals. Pets are welcome. And ‘Additional fee per night. Please inform the presence of your pets when booking.
- Damages. We accept no responsibility for any valuables left unattended in the room or in the home. In case of damage caused to the property or its contents, will be charged the cost thereof to the person responsible.
- Behavior. The guest is asked to use the utmost respect for the decor of the house, for its purpose and for the preservation of the furnishings made available, and in any case, must keep proper behavior to the place that hosts it.
- Noises. It is strongly recommended to avoid noise that may harass the peaceful coexistence, especially at night.
- Radio and CD players are kept at low volumes especially after 10 pm.
